Hi team,

what activities should a consulting firm do in terms of IT DD when a consulting team is part of a divestiture transaction. What are key thinks we should check in terms of IT DD when we are engaged in IT DD phase on a divestiture project (we provide consulting IT DD services to a global pharmaceutical company that will divest one small business unit). Some infrastructure and systems that a divested business unit is using, are used also by the “mother” company. Both units are international.
