Try these to fix the Not Getting Emails On iPhone issue:
Make sure that the email account is set up correctly on the iPhone.
Check to see if the email account is set up to receive emails.
If the email account is set up correctly, and the emails are not being filtered out, contact the email provider to see if there is a problem with the email account
Check the email account’s spam filter to see if the emails are being filtered out.
