Anthony Balzano brings more than 20 years of global experience in the areas of internal audit, risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, strategic advisory consulting, business integration, transformation and process improvement for Fortune 500 companies including Zoetis, Roche, Siemens, Barr Pharmaceuticals, BioVeris, Schering Plough and the Madison Square Garden Company.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Balzano was VP of Global Business Integration at Zoetis where he built the organization’s Integration Department including the approach, methodology and delivery model. Since then, he has successfully integrated 12 companies into Zoetis.
