What are the most significant regulatory legal and regulatory risks associated with M&A transactions, and how can we mitigate them effectively?
Some Regulatory and legal risks can significantly hurt any M&A deal. A sample of those risks can be the limitation of ownership, foreign investment rules, securities regulations, non compliance with certain regulations, non compliant with taxes law. Moreover, sometime M&A deal might lead to market distortions or monopolies…..Therefore, an early legal due diligence with legal expertise is highly recommended.
