What dealbreakers have you encountered arising from due diligence findings? I once worked on a project where our side (as potential buyer) was not convinced by the quality of the products and R&D of the target manufacturer, after doing a site visit to inspect the products and and observe the manufacturing process. Keen to hear other real life examples.

We recently worked on an acquisition project where we believed that large parts of the AR portfolio were uncollectable, and wanted it collected prior to closing and it not be part of assets / working capital in order for the deal to move forward.
