In our of our transactions we used Ansarada as a VDR provider and i should admit it has a lot useful functions and can support the whole M&A cycle from preparation to closing. Some of the key features which I liked: 1) various user permissions (view, edit, download) and role-based access control; 2) monitoring of user activity and document access; 3) allows not only to store the documents, but also manage inquiries from both parties; 4) mobile access. Also once you set up an account, you can subscribe to theirs mailing list and they send useful M&A activity reports.
