I am a project/program management professional by trade and am beginning to lean into the post-merger integration stage of M&A as my next career move. Those of you already in the game–what things do you know now about M&A that you wish you could have told your past self when you were starting out?
There’s lots of technology out now that can support you in ways that I didn’t have with my first M&A deal back in the 2014’s. Move quickly, gain buy-in with all stakeholders and make the tough decisions.
