    From a C-Suite perspective, have you ever led an M&A process where you knew certain members of the existing executive team wouldn’t have a place in the new organization? How did you navigate the tension between needing to move forward with integration planning while also managing those relationships and selectively excluding them from certain meetings? How did you balance transparency, respect, and business needs?
