In your experience, how early in the M&A process is Integration being considered/discussed?
In my experience, integration is considered once the LOI is signed and due diligence is being conducted.
In my experience, Integration is also considered in the DD process, however it’s rather limited at that point. The actual establishment of an IMO takes place about 2-3 months before Day 1 depending on resources, timing of the Deal, Acquisition Plan specifics, etc.
