How the best methodology that you use to determine if does M&A pay? When M&A conserve, create or destroy value?
Firstly the activity must be in line with the acquiring firm’s long term strategy, and certain goals/targets/KPIs aimed toward the creation of value will be established. In the simplest sense, the meeting of these would be considered a success.
