Anybody can share their experience in having a vendor due diligence, or on problems that could have been avoided had a vendor due diligence been conducted? Thank you.
I work for a buy-side corporate development department – I can’t envisage situations in my case whereby we would ever rely on VDD – especially as we generally don’t like competitive processes.
