    With the advancement of AI.
Farming or sourcing will be easier. It will be akin to a search engine. Though not perfect.

In terms of DD, AI will shine in the financial realm.

Deal sourcing with AI integration into existing tools such as Pitchbook will allow companies to navigate and find opportunities easier with less time and effort required. Potential challenges might be in biases that exist in algorithms in these tools. How are these AI tools being tested to ensure they are bias free, will likely be a hot topic in the future.

I am interested to see if there will also be a boom in security and legal concerns in the M&A field in relation to use of AI. Lack of clear operating procedures for using AI models could pose risks to confidential information, provided within the M&A process, being used correctly. I do think AI offers a range of efficiency optimization abilities, especially to the DD workstream.
