How do you think AI can help in M&A processes?
Searching for companies to purchase, developing strategies, analyzing legal documents.
I think AI will take some of the tedious tasks out of due diligence processes. It may also help in standardizing documentation used for integration.
I think it can be very helpful in many stages, from analyzing lengthy due diligence documents to making a first start on integrations planning and all the workstream charters. I’m only curious to what extent we will be allowed to use it, especially looking into for example to huge sensitivity there already is with information/documents in the DD phase. Fingers crossed!
