What are the most significant risks from the change management topic in a transaction that involves multiple location (e.g.: several countries) and suggestions to proper address those risks?

Great topic. There are many significant risks in Change Management for Multi-Country Transactions:
The main one for me is Cultural Differences

Risk: Diverse cultural norms, communication styles, and workplace practices can lead to misunderstandings, resistance to change, and integration challenges.
    Suggestions:
Conduct cultural assessments to identify differences and potential clashes.
Involve local leaders to adapt global strategies to regional contexts.
Offer cross-cultural training to foster mutual understanding.
