I found the tools provided under Section 8 of module 4 very useful. One in particular on Status reporting is most useful for summarizing briefly the risks and concerns under each workstream and actions or next steps required to address these risks and concerns.
On measuring success, this would depend on how ‘success’ is defined or how you would judge if the merger or integration was successful. If the latter is clear, then is easy to define the financial and non-financial KPIs that would measure the success.
