Would you have information, where to find good examples of templates for the IMO process management and various workstream tasks?
Under the PMI module, refer to Module 8 (2018_PMI_tools Templates), there are various helpful templates you can use or refer to.
We have embraced the use of Smartsheet but any template will do…excel, etc. Also in addition to Jacqueline’s comment, the use of consultants can be helpful for the first few acquisitions as they can help establish templates for future integrations.
