Curious on the various types of integration approaches used amongst the life sciences sector.
In this case, I would highlight the importance of ensuring the transfer of licenses from the acquired company to the acquiring company during the incorporation process. While this may be an uncommon aspect in transactions in general, it is a critical point of attention in the pharmaceutical sector and should be carefully managed during integration.
