InactiveHullo,
I am currently working in a project in the fitness & Helath & wellness industry providing training solutions to private clubs (golf, padel, tennis, Hotel resorts,.). There has been quite a lot of investing activity in this specifi sector.
I am looking for information on transactions: fitness chains buying other fitness chains, fitness giants buying software companies in the fitness sector and similar data.
I am also very intered in valuation techniques for this type of businesses.
COuld anybody share her experiences in this industry and help me out with this search? statistics, reports, databases…..Best regards

Online Marketplaces: Explore online marketplaces that facilitate the buying and selling of businesses, such as BizBuySell or MergerNetwork. These platforms may list fitness and wellness companies available for acquisition.
Legal and Financial Advisors: Seek guidance from legal and financial advisors with experience in M&A transactions. They can assist with due diligence, deal structuring, and navigating legal and regulatory requirements.
Industry Associations: Join relevant industry associations or trade groups for the fitness and wellness sector. These organizations often provide access to industry data, best practices, and networking opportunities with potential acquisition targets.
Online Research and Social Media: Conduct online research and utilize social media platforms to gather information about companies operating in the fitness and wellness space. Follow industry influencers, join relevant LinkedIn groups, and monitor company websites and social media channels for updates.

InactiveWant to follow matches in real time? A website with sports broadcasts will help you to be in the center of events. For example, you can take a look at livetv. You will be able to watch the game, analyze the tactics of the teams and even discuss what is happening with other fans. This is the best way to feel part of the sports world.
