In the post announcement phase, engage employees as soon as the deal is announced to address uncertainties and provide clarity about the integration process. Early communication helps build trust and reduces anxiety as we studies in our courses.
And as Jessica said, form cross-functional integration planning teams with employees from both companies to fosters collaboration too.
