I’m currently exploring tools to help identify potential acquisition targets. I’ve come across platforms like Axial, Intralinks Dealnexus, Grata, SourceScrub, and PitchBook, but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s actually used them.
I’m particularly interested in tools that allow for strategic filtering (industry, revenue range, geography, etc.) and offer a solid data foundation.
Any recommendations, experiences—positive or negative—would be greatly appreciated!
