Description
The International Hospitality Mergers and Acquisitions Certificate program is the most advanced and globally recognized M&A Certification program developed by faculty and experts by the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) in a multi year effort.
This online M&A training spans the entire lifecycle from strategy, the M&A process from both a buy-side and sell-side, various areas of due diligence, different methods of valuation as well as planning for and the implemention of post merger integration.
Participants receive upon completion the designation and IM&A charter. They are can also network with other participants online as part of the IM&A online cohort group.
