I decided to join this course when I shifted my career from Project Management to Mergers and Acquisitions Department in Saudi Aramco. The course served as a cornerstone for my M&A knowledge. It was great to interact with high-caliber M&A professionals; hearing their stories and how they guided/evolved their personal experiences into published guidelines, rules of thumb, and know how’s. I even used IMAA’s published statistics to generate a rough trend for certain multiples that would aid in internal working-level discussions. The M&A world remains relatively new and is in constant change; raising the importance of IMAA and its mission to increase awareness among M&A professionals worldwide. I strongly recommend this course to all M&A professionals.
