    3. Deal 3: Hammerhead Energy Inc (Canada) was acquired by Crescent Point Energy Corp. (Canada) for $1.86 billion USD.
    4. Deal 4: South Texas Midstream, LLC (United States), NextEra Energy Partners (United States), and Gas pipelines in South Texas (United States) was acquired by Kinder Morgan, Inc. (United States) for $1.82 billion USD.
    5. Deal 5: 5.01% Stake in CITIC Limited (Hong Kong) was acquired by China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (China) for $1.75 billion USD.

    1. Deal 1: CrownRock, L.P. (United States) was acquired by Occidental Petroleum Corporation (United States) for $12.00 billion USD.
    2. Deal 2: Upstream assets and Exploration rights of Wintershall Dea AG – Asset acquisition in diferent countries (Norway, Germany, Denmark, Argentina, Mexico, Egypt, Libya and Algeria as well as Wintershall Dea’s CO2 Capture and Storage (“CCS”) licences in Europe.) was acquired by Harbour Energy plc (United Kingdom) for $11.20 billion USD.
    3. Deal 3: Fertiglobe plc (United Arab Emirates) was acquired by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (United Arab Emirates) for $3.62 billion USD.
    4. Deal 4: Rockcliff Energy LLC (United States) was acquired by TG Natural Resources LLC (United States) for $2.70 billion USD.
