    In M&A, cultural integration takes a lot of work. In fact, it’s a really sensitive sector where M&A participants must proceed with caution.How do we participate in contributing to cultural integration?

    Assigning leadership from both side to plan a change management and cultural integration approach works best. Leadership of this function may not necessarily be corporate leadership. Often time it can be successfully achieved by appointing “Informal Leaders” to lead cultural integration.
