In addition to the obvious difference of having a readily available share price versus not, just want to discuss what people would like to flag out as subtle and not-so-subtle differences between public and private company M&A.

There can be big differences in regulatory and reporting requirements

Hi

The valuation for a private and public could be very difference due to company profile status, in general, private company valuation could be lower.
