From your experience on any completed transaction/acquisition, what are the common lessons learned from the DD’s done ?

Based on my M&A experience, I would definitely say DD is a play vital role in a transaction. The outcome from a DD could be a deal breaker, otherwise, if its successfully completed, the outcome from a DD will be very useful for the integration process, post acquisition.
