Governance Committees for acquisition integrations

    We started with our Guiding Principles. Then we put together a Steering Committee who is primarily the decision makers, and an Integration Business Lead. We also have a Integration Planning Committee that is comprised of heads of depts that will be the lead on various WorkStreams. Both committees follow our Guiding Principles. Do others have a similar structure? What has worked best for you so that roles are clear?
