How do you typically organize your project management in you integrations? Are your PMs part of the IMO or report into a separate PMO? Do you use the same PMs on all of your integrations or assign them randomly as long as they are strong project managers?
We are aligned with Integration Leader and Project Managers specific to Integrations on one team reporting into the same Executive that our Business Development M&A reports. It allows us to be nimble when a new project comes our way. We leverage the IMO with the PMO when there are projects that need extra bandwidth; however, having a dedicated team of PMs for Integrations deepens their skillset and keeps us ready.
