How are you all managing your PMI in this new world we function in, meaning, one that is often times remote and individualistic?
I noticed I have way more meetings now (naturally). In my opinion, creating some outlets where acquired team members can regularly ask all sort of questions, share thoughts and ideas is helpful. Pre-covid some questions were asked when you bumped into each other in the kitchen, but now many people just keep questions to themselves so I try to encourage those as much as possible.
