Hello IMAA Team:
I found the Integration Management & Synergies course very interesting. I can see that it is extremely difficult to juggle the needs of the business while implementing and executing an integration process. Has anyone experienced participating in an integration activity while also maintaining the day-to-day business? I am currently doing something similar but it is a non-M&A related strategic project. It can be quite difficult and I sometimes feel like one are or the other is not 100% due to the dual accountabilities.
