Leadership Assessment during integration

    Leadership assessment tools are very important during integration especially in addressing culture. However, those assements should be applied not purely to assess the individual key manager but the whole team in combination and to review how the indivudals contribute to the team, what is missing in terms of skillset, leadership style within the management team, and whether there is sufficient diversity. What are some experiences you have in assements tools, and please name them if possible? I tend to like PROHPET (Predictive Role Profiling for High Performing Executive Teams)


    This game has an engaging storyline and adorable characters. Friday Night Funkin combines music, rhythm and rhythm games to create a unique and fun experience.
