Leadership assessment tools are very important during integration especially in addressing culture. However, those assements should be applied not purely to assess the individual key manager but the whole team in combination and to review how the indivudals contribute to the team, what is missing in terms of skillset, leadership style within the management team, and whether there is sufficient diversity.
