When planning a post-merger integration project, do you reuse existing materials, starting from specific templates? Or do you restart from a blank page, leveraging past (hands-on) experience to prevent ignoring deal-specific elements due to the blindside of your templates?
I usually will leverage on my existing templates and build on them otherwise ask your Integration Office for templates. They are well resourced and may have better templates as they have done many rounds of M&A and they are experienced. 🙂
