Based on your experience, how long does it make sense to track synergies with the PMI reporting?

its generally 6 months but there are trails going on about using Artificial Intelligence in merger processes. fully implemented it will take no less than 1 month for PMI to complete.

Hi, I would track synergies as long the the project is running (so ideally 6 month until a year, max 2 years).
