At what point in the deal cycle do you start to ramp the PMI team prior to signing? Do you stage the ramp up of the team?

Brent, from my experience, the majority of PMI teams get in working after the conclusing. I undertand that the best case would it start with negoticion, but it is not alwayes possible.
