Hi. Number of M&A deals in Japan hit a record high in 2022, which was over 4,300. Allegedly through media, the reasons why are lack of successors of small-to-medium enterprises and decreasing population since 2008, as we are facing aging society and fewer children. Actually about 30% of population are 65 y.o. or older.
What do you think will happen next, or in the future? More M&As will happen by international companies and labor force to come in?
