Hello IMAA Team:
I have yet to experience a complete merger or acquisition of a target company. I have only experienced companies for which I have worked for acquire certain product lines from other companies, which included IP, production locations, R&D and functional resources. This type of acquisition is minor in comparison of either an acquisition of a complete organization, let alone a merger situation.
Has anyone experienced working at a company that had either been a target or a buyer that resulted in a whole organization acquisition or with a company that merged wtih another? If so, can you please share the challenges you experienced post M&A?
