I have a question reagrding the section 2: Marketing & Sales synergies.
In the slideset page 9-11 there is a brief description about the assessment areas, starting with “market” and “customers”.
My question:
– How is the setup of this assessment? 9 topics in 1 workshop (1 day)? What are your experiences? How much effort do I need to calulate to go trought this 9 sales integration areas? Furthermore it makes more sense to split it into more sessions (each session around 3h with good preparation before?).
Really looking forward what your Sales Integration effort experiences are.
