Considering the relative emergence of types of DD – Commercial, Environmental etc – I wonder what might be some of the emerging areas of DDs? For example, the potential risk of uncovering unsavory (although not criminal) activity by an organisation’s leadership, which could have significant reputational risk, and therefore be either a red flag or result in a purchase price adjustment?
