Do you (or someone in your company) prepare any separation complexity analysis to understand what it takes to carve-out the business unit? Do you prepare a Separation Blueprint for the potential Buyer to see how you are planning to make the business work as a standalone unit (that is from you), including the TSA that you will be prepared to offer, and also including a overview of how standalone costs will look like?
