With the rise of AI; can the potential use of AI towards Data Analytics in conducting due diligence in M&A prove to be valuable?
I am no AI expert, but my opinion is that it will prove to be extremely valuable, and in the very near future.
That’s a great questions and I would like to see AI use in the DD, it will help to streamline it a lot
Use of AI in DD is the future. The potential risks can be identified from Financial Reports with the assistance of Virtual Data Room but special program has to be run and the potential risk of data breach is also to be addressed. the cost effectivity and time efficiency is also an advantage of AI in DD
No expert, but I would imagine in the near future it will be highly valuable.
