what is your preference as buyer to go for completion accounts or lockbox mechanism?

Any views on purchase price adjustments and leakage testing to preserve value

I prefer completion accounts method as lockbox requires a much more detailed Due Diligence and we rarely get enough time to run this deep Due Diligence.
