One classic example is the work schedule of the PMI.
– US corporate PMIs tend to have more flexibility to undertake work and schedule meetings outside of regular work hours, such as during weekends and holidays.
– In certain areas of the world there is extremely strong resistance to this. Certain cultures deem it inappropriate to ask the team to work outside of standard work hours.
