I am curious about your experience regarding the following: what are your thoughts and experiences on the type and detail of information to be shared during the DD from the seller’s perspective? Do companies go for an iterative approach, e.g. start with basic information and then provide more upon demand? What’s the “basic information package” usually shared right from the start if there is such a thing – or is it handled differently depending on the people / companies involved?
