I recently completed my IM&A (in-person) and M&AP (online) certifications. Both experiences were incredibly rewarding. The instructors had the depth of knowledge and personal experience you’d expect. The class was full of high-caliber, whip-smart, and friendly people. I learned from everyone. What I appreciated most about IMAA and the instructors (both in person and online) was often repeated notes of humility and ethics. I’d recommend attending the in-person course if possible but both were valuable.
