When I was searching for training in M&A, the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliance (IMAA) was first on the list of training providers. The Legal Mergers and Acquisition course was an easy choice as it brings a deep and solid foundation of all the legal and regulatory aspects of the M&A deal.
