As someone who has worked in M&A but wanted to expand my knowledge in the M&A lifecycle, I looked at many organizations to take a Post Close Integration class. I landed with IMAA because I trusted their worldwide acclaim, their professional partners, and their world-renowned speakers. The virtual classroom was very beneficial for our class. We were spread across seven time zones, and we could collaborate from our homes or offices and meet many people from various backgrounds and geographies. We had several breakout sessions which did not take time to gather and allowed effective one-on-one times with each other.
