I had the privilege of taking the IM&A and Financial Modeling and Business Valuation Course with Trainer Rohit Pratap in an online format. Even though the course was conducted completely virtually, Rohit did an exceptional job of keeping students engaged and explaining complex integration, merger, acquisitions, and financial concepts in a clear, understandable way.

Rohit structured the course thoughtfully, with relevant real-world examples and case studies that helped reinforce key learnings. He made effective use of interactive tools and discussions during our virtual lectures to promote student participation.

One aspect that really stood out was Rohit’s dedication to ensuring students grasped the material. He patiently answered questions, provided valuable feedback on assignments, and made himself available outside of class. I appreciated that he customized his teaching style to suit the virtual delivery method.

Overall, this was one of the most well-organized, enriching online courses I’ve taken. Kudos to IMAA in delivering such a great and seamless user experience. I gained invaluable financial knowledge and skills that I can apply directly in my career. Rohit is a phenomenal educator, and I highly recommend this IM&A and Financial Modeling and Business Valuation Course to other students looking to expand their business acumen.
